To enhance team cohesion, build mutual trust and collaboration, and allow all employees to unwind from their busy schedules and recharge, Wuxi High Mountain organized a 5-day, 4-night company trip to tropical Sanya from September 9 to September 13, 2026.

I. Departure to the Deer City: A Tropical Getaway Begins

On the morning of September 9, all team members gathered at Wuxi Sunan Shuofang International Airport for departure. Flying from the Jiangnan water town to the tropical coastline of Hainan, the journey brought ocean breezes and bright smiles to everyone’s faces.

Upon arrival and checking into the Sanya Bay Lock Platinum Sea View Hotel, employees enjoyed a relaxing stroll along the Coconut Dream Corridor, watching the sunset and setting a cheerful tone for the days ahead.

II. Tropical Charm: Exploring Mountains, Seas, and Coral Reefs

Over the course of the trip, the team followed a well-organized itinerary to experience Sanya’s picturesque nature and vibrant culture:

• Mountain & Rainforest Exploration

  The team visited Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park, trekking through lush rainforests, walking across high-altitude glass bridges and rope suspension bridges, and taking in panoramic views of Yalong Bay. They also visited Luhuitou Park to overlook the entire cityscape of Sanya.

• Island Adventures & Water Sports

  On Wuzhizhou Island, the team enjoyed an exciting day of ocean activities! Rainbow parasailing, jet boating, and motorboating deepened mutual trust and camaraderie through shared thrill and fun.

• Cultural & Scenic Landmarks

  The group visited the Nanshan Guanyin Statue, Daxiao Dongtian Scenic Area, and the charming Tianya Town, experiencing the unique local coastal culture and a relaxed lifestyle pace.

• Leisure & Duty-Free Shopping

  The itinerary concluded with a visit to the giant oceanarium wall at Atlantis Sanya and a shopping session at the CDF Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Complex.

III. Safety and Efficiency: Demonstrating Team Spirit

To ensure a smooth and safe trip for everyone, dedicated Safety, Photography, and Health Support Teams were designated prior to departure.

Throughout the journey, group leaders monitored safety and health status closely, the health group provided necessary first-aid and travel medicine, and all colleagues displayed exemplary teamwork, mutual support, and discipline.

IV. Stronger Together: Heading Towards a Bright Future

On the evening of September 13, all employees returned safely to Wuxi, bringing the 2026 Sanya trip to a successful close!

"Better than Hawaii" — this inscription carved on the rocks captured not only Sanya's stunning natural scenery but also the joyful, unified spirit shared by the entire team during this retreat.

Resting and recharging prepare us for a better journey ahead. This retreat refreshed our team and strengthened our internal cohesion and sense of belonging.
